We've been seeing a steady increase in leads from LinkedIn and are now taking our founder's personal brand more seriously, with the goal of creating content that not only connects but converts.
This isn't just about writing posts. We're looking for someone who can think strategically, suggest ideas and help shape direction, not just wait for prompts. Our founder might also contribute his raw ideas, notes and voice memos to work from and we want someone who can take that and make magic.
Ideally, you've done this before for yourself or for clients and understand how to blend storytelling, positioning and conversion psychology into content that performs.
Most of the work will be 3–5 posts per week with room to grow. Remote and flexible is totally fine, what matters is the quality, tone, and strategy behind the content.
Please include a short intro, your rate (per post, hourly, or retainer) and 2–3 examples of LinkedIn-style content that show your understanding of storytelling, positioning and conversion.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
