What we need  

Reporting to the Restaurant Managers, the Bartender's responsibility is to provide excellent customer service, serving customers quickly and efficiently by providing an attentive and unobtrusive service in a unique and memorable dining experience.

You will support the elevation of our culture through the lens of our pillars: The best in wellness | The feeling of somewhere else | A trouble-free experience | In a natural state.

What you'll do  

Management Activities: planning, organization and control

• Takes multiple drink orders from multiple servers at one time;
• Provides fast, efficient, and consistent product;
• Prepares and serves beverages, wine and spirits according to established standards;
• Effectively organizes, cleans and restocks bar area;
• Performs opening and closing task checklists;
• Assist in ensuring the cleanliness of all amenities and spaces;
• Be proactive in developing ways to improve the guest experience;
• Be eager & willing to lend a helping hand to guests and colleagues;
• Perform other related duties.

Profile needed

What is the profile needed in order to be successful in this position

• High school diploma;
• Minimum 1-year experience in bartending;
• Diploma in restaurant, hospitality, hotel or service industry, an asset ; 
• Smart serve required;
• Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine characteristics and pairings;
• Experience with a POS system, an asset;
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Very good physical condition: standing on your feet and ability to lift 50lbs (23kg), ability to work long hours standing on your feet and constantly moving.

When  

You will work a varying schedule which requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays.

Compensation

• Annual compensation for the role is expected to be in the range of $40,000-$70,000
