About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Content Creator & Social Media Manager to help grow both:
Shack Shine – a premium home services brand
Personal Brand of the Owner/CEO – entrepreneurship, business, leadership.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content, is confident behind the camera, and loves capturing real moments — job sites, business meetings, lifestyle, and day-to-day execution.
You will be hands-on, in the field, creating content — not sitting behind a desk all day.
What You'll Be Doing
Create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook & LinkedIn
Film and photograph job sites, before/afters, team moments, and operations
Capture lifestyle, travel, business and behind-the-scenes content with the owner
Edit videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, YouTube content)
Edit photos for social media and marketing
Help plan content ideas, hooks, trends and posting strategy
Travel occasionally for work trips, events and brand opportunities
Organize and manage content folders and posting schedules
Support brand storytelling and consistency across platforms
Who This Is For
You'll thrive in this role if you are:
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable filming people and being around teams and customers
Confident with video editing and social platforms
Energetic, reliable, and willing to move fast
Interested in entrepreneurship, business, branding and growth
Comfortable being on job sites and traveling when needed
Required Skills
Strong experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
Comfortable shooting video on iPhone, camera, or GoPro
Understanding of short-form content (hooks, trends, pacing)
Basic photo editing skills
Strong organizational skills
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience growing social media accounts
Experience working with personal brands or influencers
Drone footage experience
Copywriting or caption writing skills
