This part-time role, offering $12-14/hour, is ideal for someone based in Latin America or the USA who thrives in a flexible, fast-paced environment. The Head of Operations will oversee and coordinate operations across MORR's divisions—Agency, Programs, and Venture Studio—while managing hiring processes, implementing efficient systems, supporting project timelines, and ensuring seamless onboarding for team members and clients. We're looking for someone with proven experience in operations or project management, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to the ebb and flow of a growing business. Familiarity with tools like ClickUp and QuickBooks is a plus. This role is designed for someone who can ebb and flow with the needs of the business, with potential to grow into a full-time position as MORR scales.
