Are you looking to build a career in procurement, supply chain coordination, and inventory management within the fast-paced consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry?
Join a growing company where you'll play a key role in ensuring that materials are purchased, delivered, and ready to support production and order fulfillment. As our Purchasing Coordinator, you'll manage supplier relationships, issue and track purchase orders, coordinate inbound freight, and ensure inventory accuracy across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement & Supply Coordination
Issue purchase orders, confirm timelines, follow up with suppliers, and manage delivery expectations.
Maintain accurate PO tracking in QuickBooks and Asana.
Evaluate and update supplier lead times and reorder points regularly.
Coordinate purchasing for kitting with co-packers.
Collect and organize supplier food safety documentation.
2. Inventory Management & Analysis
Perform weekly inventory assessments and identify items below reorder levels.
Reconcile inventory receipts, post item receipts in QuickBooks, and update traceability documentation.
Monitor raw materials, finished goods, and warehouse supply levels.
Track freight and transfer costs in transport records.
3. Logistics & Transfers (Traffic In)
Coordinate inbound freight with freight forwarders
Arrange transfers between warehouse locations and post movements in QuickBooks.
Prepare commercial invoices for inbound shipments
Ensure accurate and efficient internal movement of stock across facilities.
4. Communication & Collaboration
Coordinate inbound freight with freight forwarders
Participate in weekly Traffic In meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Respond promptly via email, Slack, and Asana.

Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management (CPG experience is a plus).
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Sheets (or Excel) is required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines.
Strong communication and follow-through skills.
Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual (English & French) preferred.
