The system will use Large Language Models and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to analyze documents, extract key clauses, generate structured risk reports, and allow users to interact with an AI agent that understands the document context.
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in AI integrations, modern frontend development, and scalable backend architecture to build the MVP and core AI pipeline.
Core Responsibilities
• Build a full stack web application using React or and Python (FastAPI preferred)
• Implement secure document upload, storage, and retrieval system (PDF, DOCX)
• Develop AI-powered document analysis pipeline using OpenAI API or similar LLMs
• Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) using embeddings and vector databases
• Create document-aware conversational AI chatbot
• Extract, structure, and analyze document content to detect risks, warnings, and key clauses
• Design scalable backend APIs for AI processing and frontend integration
• Integrate vector database (Pinecone, Supabase, Weaviate, or similar)
• Implement user authentication and document management system
• Deploy application to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Vercel, Railway, or similar)
AI-Specific Requirements (Critical)
• Experience integrating OpenAI API, Claude, or similar LLM APIs
• Experience implementing RAG pipelines
• Experience working with embeddings and semantic search
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Supabase Vector, or Weaviate
• Experience designing AI workflows for document analysis or chatbot systems
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and structured output generation

• Proven experience building AI-powered applications
• Experience with LLM integrations and RAG systems
• Strong backend architecture and API design skills
• Ability to deliver scalable, clean, production-ready code
Project Scope
This is an MVP build for an AI-native SaaS platform, with potential for long-term collaboration and expansion.
Please include examples of relevant AI or full-stack projects you have built.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
