We're looking for a world-class video editor who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping, conversion-driving content.
If you've got the skills to create video ads that make people stop mid-scroll, watch until the end, and take action you're who we want.
You'll be perfect for this role if you:
Can match (or beat) the quality and punch of work like
Have a deep understanding of pacing, storytelling, and emotional triggers in short-form ads
Can take a script/brief and bring it to life with motion graphics, typography, transitions, and sound design
Know how to leverage AI tools to generate custom b-roll, visuals, or effects that enhance storytelling and save production time
Understand what works on TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Instagram and how to adapt content for each platform
Are fast without sacrificing quality tight deadlines don't scare you
What you'll do:
Edit performance-driven video ads for paid media campaigns
Generate and integrate AI-created b-roll or supplementary visuals when needed
Repurpose content for multiple formats and platforms
Add effects, captions, and animations to make ads pop
Collaborate with our creative strategist to test hooks, angles, and storytelling approaches
Bring fresh, creative ideas to every project
Requirements:
Proven track record editing high-performing video ads
Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent tools)
Familiarity with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, etc.) for b-roll creation
Strong portfolio of short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, paid ads)
Ability to work fast, take feedback, and iterate quickly
Knowledge of marketing psychology and direct-response advertising is a plus
