We are currently using AppyPie Connect as middleware between GoHighLevel and Mindbody. Clients purchase and book inside GoHighLevel, and the transaction data is pushed to Mindbody. However, the current setup is causing duplication issues, manual labor, and inconsistent syncing.
The goal is to create a seamless, native-feeling experience inside Mindbody, even though the purchase and booking happen in GoHighLevel.
Current problems include:
- Duplicate client records in Mindbody
- Manual setup required after purchase
- Manual specialist assignment
- Booking and service mapping inconsistencies
- Sync timing issues
- Lack of proper error handling
We suspect the current architecture (AppyPie Connect) may not be sufficient for the complexity of this workflow. We are open to redesigning the integration using a better automation layer such as or direct API middleware if necessary.
We need someone who has:
- Direct experience working with the Mindbody API
- Experience integrating GoHighLevel with external CRMs
- Ability to audit an existing automation system and redesign it properly
This is not a simple Zap-style automation job. We need someone who can think architecturally and implement a clean long-term solution.

We are looking for someone experienced and practical. Please do not apply if your experience is limited to basic Zapier-style automations.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
