Über
We produce premium wellness and founder-focused events and need someone who can:
- Extract strong moments from panel discussions
- Edit clean, modern short-form clips
- Use B-roll intentionally
- Structure strong hooks
- Optimize pacing for retention
This will start as a paid test task. If it's a strong fit, this can turn into consistent weekly work.
Paid Test Task ($15)
We will provide:
- Panel footage from a recent event
- B-roll clips
Your task:
- Create one 45–60 second vertical short-form video (9:16) optimized for Instagram Reels.
Requirements:
- Strong hook in first 3 seconds
- Clean captions
- Tight pacing
- Intentional B-roll usage
- Modern, premium feel
We will pay $20 for the test video.
If it performs well and the quality is strong, we will continue with ongoing paid projects.
What We're Looking For
- Experience editing short-form content (Reels / TikTok)
- Strong sense of pacing and retention
- Ability to edit panel discussions (not just influencer clips)
- Fast turnaround
- Comfortable using AI tools (Descript, Runway, etc.) is a plus

We are reviewing quickly and looking to start immediately.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
