As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll help develop intelligent solutions that enhance our event management platform and make a meaningful impact in growing our business and product.
What You'll Do
  • Approach AI solutions with a user-first mindset, balancing technical capability with practical application
  • Contribute to product and business decisions from a place of care and context
  • Bring innovation by shipping new features, improving existing ones, and raising the quality bar
  • Be proactive and not wait to be told what to do
  • Deeply care about the client and their experience
  • Be obsessed with remarkable UX and building delightful user journeys

    • What We're Looking For
  • Have genuine interest in building a great product and creating value for users
  • At least 5 years of experience with React, Typescript, and NodeJS in production environments
  • At least 3 years of experience with AI/ML technologies in production environments
  • Deep understanding of the AI space across different disciplines including machine learning, LLMs, generative imagery, etc.
  • Record of building and growing products in the AI space
  • Experience with modern AI frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.)
  • Knowledge of vector databases and embedding technologies
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and optimization techniques
  • Understanding of responsible AI practices and ethical considerations
  • Experience with Python, React, Typescript, and NodeJS
  • A generalist approach to product building
  • Experience being a client-centric developer where you prioritize UX over tech

    • Other valued skills ** These are not requirements but will help you ramp up faster.
  • Experience with MLOps and AI deployment pipelines
  • Knowledge of vector databases and embedding technologies
  • Familiarity with multimodal AI systems
  • Background in natural language processing or computer vision
  • Experience with tRPC + NextJS
  • Experience in talking with clients
  • Great at written, concise, and clear communication
  • Familiarity with enterprise software development
  • Familiarity with owning products from concept to deployment
