Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration with competitive collections, higher depending on experience
Schedule

What We Are Looking For
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from accredited institution OR National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency
Registered or actively registering with Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta
Licensed to practice dentistry in Alberta (candidates from other provinces welcome - we'll assist with transfer)
New graduates enthusiastically welcomed with comprehensive mentorship
Strong interpersonal skills with genuine care for patient comfort
Excellent communication abilities with patients and team members
Self-motivated with ability to work independently when needed
