The Select Group is seeking a remote Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives within a Canadian telecommunications consumer sales organization. This delivery-focused role operates under a Program Manager and is responsible for translating strategy into execution across business, data, engineering, and operations teams.
This position will drive the rollout of a Sales Performance & Coaching platform ecosystem, including platform implementation, coaching workflow enablement, call center QA internalization, and call transcript consolidation to support AI-driven insights and performance analytics. This is a leadership role requiring strong delivery oversight and technical fluency, with no hands-on development.
What You'll Bring
8+ years of Senior Project Manager experience in large enterprise environments
Proven ownership of complex, multi-workstream delivery initiatives
Strong cross-functional leadership across business and technical teams
Experience managing Agile and hybrid delivery models
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience with operational change management and adoption planning
Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
Technical fluency with data platforms, integrations, and system delivery (no coding required)
Bonus Experience
Experience with sales performance management or coaching platforms
Exposure to contact center, QA, call recording, or transcript technologies
Experience supporting AI-driven insights or analytics initiatives
Telecommunications or other regulated enterprise experience
What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day execution across multiple concurrent initiatives
Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and delivery schedules
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, data, engineering, QA, and operations
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and funding alignment
Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communication
Support Agile teams while managing hybrid Agile/Waterfall dependencies
Ensure operational readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement
Prepare documentation to support governance and approvals
