We need someone highly experienced, strategic, detail-oriented, and deeply knowledgeable in Etsy SEO, regulations, shipping architecture, and conversion optimisation.
You must have proven experience building and scaling Etsy stores ideally in furniture, homewares, luxury goods, or made-to-order products.

Scope of Work
• Full Etsy shop setup (banner, policies, structure, backend optimisation)
• Upload and optimise 50 luxury furniture listings (marble consoles, coffee tables, dining tables, plinths etc.)
• Advanced Etsy SEO (titles, tags, attributes, backend optimisation)
• Shipping profile architecture (heavy furniture, freight integration, calculated vs flat shipping strategy)
• Customisation structure (made-to-order variations, stone types, dimensions, finishes)
• Compliance with Etsy policies and marketplace regulations
• Category optimisation and attribute strategy
• Pricing architecture and competitor positioning guidance
• Conversion optimisation (descriptions, formatting, FAQs, trust building)
• Advice on scaling strategy and paid Etsy ads (bonus)

Image Optimisation Required
We have professional product photography, but we require:
• Cropping and formatting for Etsy (square optimisation)
• Image compression without quality loss
• Text overlays for dimension diagrams
• Creation of clean infographic slides
• Consistent brand aesthetic across 50 listings
Graphic design capability is highly preferred.
