Your first assignment will be to create 5 social media posts (primarily Instagram carousels + Reels/shorts concepts) as a paid sample project. If we like your work, this can quickly convert into a long-term/monthly engagement.
We are NOT looking for generic "inspirational" posts. We want content that feels like real conversations with casting directors, brand managers, creators, and performers who are struggling today – and shows how our platform actually solves those problems.
Scope of Work (Sample Project – 5 Posts)
You will deliver 5 complete posts around user pain points and our solution:
3 Instagram carousels
Strong hook on slide 1
Storytelling around a specific pain point (client side or talent side)
Clear micro-case or scenario that feels real (e.g., "brand trying to cast 5 actors in 3 days", "talent tired of ghosted payments")
Soft but clear CTA to visit the platform / sign up / post a call-out.
2 short-form video ideas (Reels/shorts)
Script + on-screen text + shot idea using "real people" style content (POV, selfie-style, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
One from the client perspective, one from the talent perspective
Keep it optimized for 20–35 seconds with a thumb-stopping hook in the first 3 seconds.
Deliverables will be in a simple doc/slide format: copy + visual direction + any reference links.

Talents create detailed profiles, showcase portfolios, get discovered, and receive secure, on-time payments, instead of juggling random DMs and chasing money.
Clients book through a structured process (job post, proposals, shortlist, hire, milestone-based or escrow-style payments) to reduce risk and save time.

What We Expect From You
You understand storytelling for startups and can turn pain points into relatable carousels and Reels ideas.
You have prior work in:
Talent platforms, creator economy, casting, production, or
Early-stage startups where content had to drive trust and conversions.
You are comfortable proposing hooks like:
"Tired of chasing payments after every gig?"
"Hiring 5 talents in 3 days? Here's the smarter way."
You can write clean, conversational English that feels like a real person talking, not corporate jargon.
Bonus if you:
Can provide simple moodboards or rough layout ideas for the designer.
Have examples of past carousels or Reels that performed well (with any available metrics).
Deliverables & Timeline
5 content pieces total (3 carousels + 2 short-form video concepts).
Turnaround: 5–7 days from contract start.
We will provide:
Basic brand context and links
Clarification on any specific segments (e.g., actors vs musicians vs creators).
If the sample project goes well, we will extend into a longer-term monthly engagement (ongoing content strategy and execution).
