We want someone who understands how algorithms work and knows how to create content that increases reach, engagement, and followers naturally.

Responsibilities
• Create 5–7 short-form content pieces per week (Reels / TikTok / FB Reels)
• Research trends, viral hooks, and high-performing formats
• Write strong captions and optimize hashtags
• Repurpose content across platforms strategically
• Maintain posting consistency
• Suggest new content ideas weekly
• Track insights and improve performance
• Focus on retention, watch time, and engagement rate

Requirements
• Proven experience growing accounts organically
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok & Facebook algorithms
• Experience with trend research and hook creation
• Skilled in short-form editing (CapCut / Premiere / similar)
• Basic analytics understanding
• Fluent in English communication
