Join our vibrant team in Miami, Florida as a Reach Truck Operator! This specialized role is critical for efficient warehouse operations and managing our inventory flow. You will be responsible for operating a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Accuracy, speed, and adherence to Safety guidelines are paramount. The ideal candidate will be a certified reach truck operator with proven experience in a warehouse environment and a strong understanding of Logistics procedures. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods, contributing directly to our operational success. Your ability to navigate tight spaces and handle materials carefully will be essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a reach truck to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and racking systems.
- Place products in designated storage areas, ensuring proper placement.
- Retrieve products for order fulfillment as required.
- Conduct daily inspections of the reach truck and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, supporting overall Logistics.
- Participate in inventory counts and verification processes.
- Valid Reach Truck Operator certification and proven experience.
- Previous warehouse experience is required.
- Ability to perform tasks involving Lifting up to 40 lbs when necessary.
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Familiarity with Logistics operations and inventory management.
- Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
