Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Orlando, Florida, where you'll play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our distribution center. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will be involved in a variety of tasks essential to efficient Logistics. From receiving and stocking goods to preparing orders for shipment, your contribution will be vital to our success. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and possess a strong understanding of warehouse procedures. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to maintaining a safe and productive workplace. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Your dedication to quality and efficiency will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Support overall Logistics flow and operational efficiency.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Capability for consistent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Must utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and move throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Commitment to a culture of Safety and best practices.
- Must be 18 years or older.
