We are looking for a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is crucial for ensuring that our customers receive the correct orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking items from inventory and preparing them for shipment, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency within our Logistics operations. Safety is a top priority.
Responsibilities:
- Locate and pick correct items from warehouse inventory according to order specifications.
- Pack items carefully and securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Label all packages with appropriate shipping information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Follow all established Safety protocols and use required PPE.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and goals of the Logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse roles is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse procedures and Logistics.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
