Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves and storage locations.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times and follow all safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse/logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse scanning technology and basic logistics operations.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
