Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
- Stock merchandise in designated locations within the distribution center.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock levels.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, adhering to safety standards.
- Use appropriate PPE at all times and follow all safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if necessary.
