We have an exciting opening for a Warehouse Worker at our facility in Miami, Florida. This is a versatile role essential to the daily operations of our logistics hub. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. We are seeking reliable, energetic individuals who are eager to contribute to a productive and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks efficiently. This position requires stamina for prolonged standing, walking, and regular lifting. Our company places a high priority on safety, and all Warehouse Workers are expected to follow all established safety protocols and use appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials.
- Sort, label, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to order tickets.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Good physical condition, able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of general warehouse safety and logistics is beneficial.
- Willingness to work assigned shifts and adhere to safety guidelines.
