You will utilize scanning devices and follow pick lists to locate products, ensuring order accuracy and timely processing. The position involves regular physical activity, including walking, standing, and Lifting of items up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves and storage locations.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack picked items securely for shipment.
- Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks.
- Operate pallet jacks and other light warehouse equipment.
- Adhere to all company Safety rules and procedures.
- Wear and maintain required PPE , including safety vests and gloves.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
- Perform tasks that involve standing, walking, and Lifting throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Replenish picking locations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent walking and Lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Reliable and punctual.
