Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Stock products efficiently into designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Professionally pack orders, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, including proper labeling and staging.
- Operate various warehouse machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe distribution center environment.
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management processes, such as cycle counting and audits.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet and exceed operational goals in our logistics hub.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in operating various warehouse equipment.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 70 pounds.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Unwavering commitment to safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
