We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our operations in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is fundamental to the smooth functioning of our warehouse, involving a wide range of tasks related to material handling, order fulfillment, and general upkeep of the facility. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing a variety of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step. Key duties include loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. Your ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to varying workloads is essential. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety, requiring all team members to adhere to established protocols and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks may be part of your responsibilities, provided you have the necessary training and certification. Responsibilities:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming goods.
- Storing and organizing inventory in designated areas.
- Picking and packing orders accurately.
- Preparing outgoing shipments for transportation.
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Operating material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assisting with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Following all safety procedures and using required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must wear required PPE.
