We are seeking a detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be a key player in our fulfillment process, responsible for accurately selecting items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact our customer's experience and the success of our logistics operations. Responsibilities include reading order sheets or using RF scanners to locate products within the warehouse, carefully picking items, inspecting them for damage, and then securely packing them into appropriate shipping containers. You will also be responsible for labeling packages and staging them for outgoing delivery. Safety is our top priority, and all associates are expected to follow strict safety guidelines and utilize necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina as you will be on your feet for most of your shift, performing frequent lifting and bending. Experience with warehouse environments and RF scanning technology is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for dedicated individuals. We foster a collaborative team environment where communication and mutual support are essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping materials.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Stage packed orders for outgoing logistics.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle returns and restock items as directed.
- Ensure all shipped items meet quality standards.
