Seeking hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our vibrant team in New York City, New York! This role is fundamental to our operations, supporting a wide range of warehouse activities critical to our Logistics success. You will be involved in receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping goods, and assisting with inventory management. We prioritize team collaboration and ensure all employees receive thorough training on all procedures, equipment, and the correct use of PPE . This position requires physical endurance, including standing, walking, and occasional Lifting . Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory and materials.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and staging.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintaining stock accuracy.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Support the smooth operation of our Logistics network.
- Perform tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and occasional Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics . Knowledge of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of using PPE . Must be able to perform physical tasks, including standing and walking for extended periods, and occasional Lifting . High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to adapt to various tasks and work environments.
