Job Summary:
Join our team as a Material Handler in Des Moines, Iowa! This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations and our broader logistics network. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for the movement of materials throughout the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods. You will operate various types of equipment, ensuring that materials are handled safely and efficiently. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Key responsibilities include:

Loading and unloading materials from trucks and containers.
Transporting materials to and from designated storage areas.
Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.
Performing routine checks on equipment to ensure proper working condition.
Maintaining an organized and clean work environment.
Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
Assisting with inventory management and cycle counts.
Identifying and reporting any damaged materials or safety hazards.

We provide comprehensive training on equipment operation and safety procedures. The use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
