Responsibilities:
- Select and gather correct items for customer orders accurately.
- Utilize RF scanners or pick tickets to navigate the warehouse and identify products.
- Double-check picked items against order specifications.
- Deliver picked items to the packing station or designated area.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures rigorously.
- Ensure proper use of provided PPE.
- Meet or exceed picking speed and accuracy targets.
- Support other warehouse functions as requested.
- Contribute to overall logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in order picking or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing and walking for extended shifts.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory handling.
