As a Picker/Packer, you will be at the heart of our order fulfillment process, responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and speed are essential to ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and promptly. This role involves navigating the warehouse, using scanning equipment, and working with a diverse range of products. You must be comfortable with manual tasks and regular lifting , up to 40 lbs. Adherence to all safety regulations and proper use of PPE are mandatory. This position is crucial to our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using a pick list or scanner.
- Pack items carefully to ensure they are protected during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual handling equipment.
- Label packages and stage them for pickup by shipping carriers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking and packing areas.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear provided PPE at all times.
- Support the overall logistics flow by meeting productivity targets.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
