We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. Your responsibilities will include conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing process improvements to minimize errors. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of warehouse operations and logistics . You will work closely with various departments to resolve inventory issues and ensure smooth operations. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and all necessary PPE will be provided. While this role involves some physical activity, including occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs, the primary focus is on data accuracy and process management. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing stock rotation and preventing obsolescence.
  • Ensure accurate receiving and put-away processes.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to optimize inventory levels.
  • Maintain organized inventory records and documentation.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, including the proper use of PPE .
  • Support the logistics team by ensuring product availability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for inventory accuracy.
