We are seeking energetic Warehouse Workers to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana! This role is critical to the efficiency and accuracy of our distribution center's operations. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and preparing them for shipment, and maintaining inventory records. Your dedication to accuracy and speed will ensure smooth logistics flow and high customer satisfaction. Safety is a core value, and adherence to all Safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE, is mandatory. This position requires individuals who are physically fit, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
- Unload and receive inventory, checking for damages and discrepancies.
- Accurately pick items from shelves according to order requirements.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for safe transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification/training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational deadlines in logistics.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform consistent physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding and practice of workplace Safety standards.
- Willingness to wear and utilize required PPE.
- Ability to work independently and as a cooperative team member.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics principles is a plus.
