We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our San Diego, California team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders to meet our high standards of service. This position is crucial to our logistics operations, ensuring timely and correct delivery of products to our valued customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing inventory, maintaining organized workstations, and performing quality checks. A strong emphasis on safety is required, including strict adherence to all company policies and the mandatory use of appropriate PPE. The ideal candidate will be reliable, possess excellent attention to detail, and be capable of physical tasks, including lifting. We provide training on safe lifting techniques and all necessary safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and sealing.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and the use of PPE.
- Perform quality inspections of products and orders.
- Assist with inventory management tasks.
- Practice safe lifting and material handling procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
