We are recruiting a dynamic Warehouse Coordinator to lead our operations in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of warehouse management, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, ensuring they adhere to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Key responsibilities include optimizing warehouse layout, implementing efficiency improvements, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. You will work closely with our logistics department to ensure the smooth flow of goods and meet delivery targets. A thorough understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and a commitment to a safe working environment, including the mandatory use of PPE, are required. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and the use of PPE.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and cycle counting processes.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Promote and enforce safe lifting and material handling practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or coordination.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with WMS and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to safety and the use of PPE.
