We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our Austin, Texas facility. Join our team and play a key role in processing and preparing customer orders for shipment. This position is essential to our e-commerce logistics operations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products. Responsibilities include picking items from shelves, packing them securely, and labeling packages for transit. You will also assist with receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining an organized workspace, and performing quality checks. A strong commitment to workplace safety, including the proper use of PPE, is mandatory. You will be trained on safe lifting techniques and material handling procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare shipments by labeling and boxing items.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and shelves.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Conduct quality control checks on products and orders.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Utilize safe lifting and material handling practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to safety and the use of PPE.
