In this role, you will be responsible for navigating our warehouse, locating products using scanning technology, and preparing items for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process picking orders using a handheld scanner or pick list.
- Accurately locate products from designated warehouse locations.
- Verify product information, quantities, and condition before picking.
- Package picked items securely for transit, ensuring proper labeling.
- Transport orders to the packing or shipping staging area.
- Meet established productivity targets and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, reporting any hazards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety guidelines.
- Properly use required PPE at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic logistics environment.
