Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Worker in Boise, Idaho! This position is crucial to the efficient operation of our warehouse and supports our broader Logistics network. You will be involved in a variety of hands-on tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and assisting with loading and unloading shipments. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe and organized work environment. All employees are required to strictly adhere to our comprehensive Safety procedures, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE . This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform frequent bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and are eager to contribute to team success. Accuracy and efficiency are key as you handle products and fulfill orders. You will work collaboratively with other warehouse personnel to ensure operational goals are met. Attention to detail is important when identifying products, verifying quantities, and ensuring orders are correctly assembled. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Sort and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Contribute to team efforts and meet performance targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform regular physical tasks, including standing, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to following all Safety protocols.
- Willingness to wear required PPE .
