Our San Antonio, Texas distribution center is seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our expanding logistics team. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient flow of goods. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products, playing a vital part in our supply chain. If you are a hardworking individual committed to safety and efficiency, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks and trailers.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company logistics and safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Be capable of regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Follow all procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and inventory labels.
- Basic math and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work atmosphere.
