Are you ready to be an integral part of a fast-paced logistics operation in Des Moines, Iowa? We're hiring Material Handlers to support our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for moving, stocking, and organizing a variety of materials within our facility. This position is physically demanding and requires individuals who are comfortable with consistent lifting and manual tasks. You will utilize various equipment, including pallet jacks and dollies, to ensure the efficient flow of goods. Safety is our top priority; therefore, all employees must adhere to strict safety protocols and consistently wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We are looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your contribution as a Material Handler is vital to our supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction. You'll be working alongside a dedicated team, contributing to the overall success of our distribution efforts. Responsibilities:
- Move, stock, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual lifting equipment.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
- Perform other material handling tasks as needed to support warehouse operations.
