Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff.
- Ensure efficient and accurate receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
- Enforce all safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment, including proper PPE usage.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
- Resolve operational issues and discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and generate operational reports.
