Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Store and organize inventory accurately within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Assist in maintaining efficient logistics operations.
- Manage returns and exchanges.
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve daily production targets.
Requirements:
Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly. Experience with warehouse operations is preferred. Forklift certification is a plus. Must be able to work efficiently and safely. Commitment to wearing necessary PPE. Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles is advantageous. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Punctuality and dependability are essential.
