We're hiring a Picker/Packer in the vibrant city of Denver, Colorado! This role is central to our warehouse operations, focusing on the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for carefully selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail ensures that customers receive exactly what they ordered, in excellent condition. This position is a key component of our logistics network, requiring diligence and a commitment to quality. We maintain a strong emphasis on Safety and provide all necessary training and personal protective equipment (PPE). The job involves continuous physical activity, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or scanner.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials and methods.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and manifest creation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Safety guidelines.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and follow proper Lifting techniques.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages to the supervisor.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a Picker/Packer or warehouse role is desirable.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Logistics processes is a plus.
