We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona. This dynamic role is essential for the efficient operation of our distribution center, supporting all aspects of warehouse management. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will work with a team to ensure that goods are handled accurately and efficiently, meeting production goals and customer demands. Maintaining a safe working environment is our highest priority; therefore, strict adherence to all safety guidelines and the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be engaged in frequent lifting, bending, and standing throughout your shift. Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, is a plus, and opportunities for training are available. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct inventory checks and participate in cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
- Wear and utilize required PPE at all times.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
- Assist in maintaining efficient logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 60 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory management is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
