We place a high emphasis on Safety, and all team members are expected to follow established protocols and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) diligently. This role requires physical capability, involving frequent and sometimes heavy Lifting of goods. Proper techniques for Lifting will be part of your training to ensure your well-being. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming stock accurately.
- Stock shelves and bins, ensuring proper organization and rotation.
- Pick items for orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack products safely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load outbound shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workspace.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks as needed.
- Follow all company Safety rules and regulations.
- Use and maintain required PPE at all times.
- Engage in frequent Lifting and moving of packages (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring regular Lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures.
- Commitment to Safety standards.
- Willingness to wear and use required PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
