We are committed to providing a safe work environment, and all employees must strictly adhere to our Safety guidelines and consistently wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical capability, including the ability to handle routine Lifting of inventory items. Proper Lifting techniques will be taught and expected to ensure the safety of our team members. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and reconcile any discrepancies found during counts.
- Update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) promptly and accurately.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures.
- Monitor stock levels for fast-moving and slow-moving items.
- Process inventory adjustments, transfers, and returns.
- Work closely with receiving, picking, and shipping departments to ensure data integrity.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to Safety standards.
- Ensure all team members follow PPE guidelines.
- Manage tasks involving Lifting and moving of inventory as needed.
- Participate in physical inventory counts as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a similar role is essential.
- Familiarity with WMS software is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory management principles.
- Capability to perform regular Lifting of inventory (up to 40 lbs).
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety.
- Willingness to wear and use all required PPE.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
