This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient handling of goods from arrival to departure. You will play a vital part in our supply chain, contributing to the smooth flow of products. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory accurately within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders with speed and precision for customer fulfillment.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Strictly follow all safety procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage and ensure quality.
Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not required; we provide comprehensive training. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are desired.
