Are you looking for a rewarding career in the logistics industry? Our busy distribution center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is hiring motivated Distribution Center Associates. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our supply chain, handling a wide range of tasks to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. You'll work with a great team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Sort, categorize, and store inventory accurately.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking items from shelves and preparing them for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products and packaging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and use of required PPE.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and participation in cycle counts.
No experience necessary, but previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/walking for entire shifts. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety are essential. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on efficient logistics and customer satisfaction.
