Join our fast-paced warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for dedicated individuals to play a key role in our fulfillment process. You will be responsible for efficiently picking products from inventory and accurately packing them for shipment to our valued customers. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, speed, and a commitment to maintaining operational excellence in a demanding logistics environment. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our distribution center.
Responsibilities:
- Select and retrieve items from warehouse locations based on pick lists or system directives.
- Verify picked items against order requirements for accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Conduct quality checks on packed orders before they are sent to shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station and work area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking and packing goals.
- Ensure compliance with all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role preferred.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and other warehouse technologies.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail are crucial.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to lift and move packages, often involving significant Lifting.
- Willingness to wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Understanding of general warehouse Safety guidelines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- This role is essential for our Logistics operations.
