We are seeking a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic **Logistics** team in San Diego, California. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your contribution will be vital to ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders and maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing **Logistics**, ensuring correct labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **Safety**-compliant warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
- Follow all company **Safety** policies and procedures.
- Wear required **PPE** at all times.
- Assist with **Lifting** and moving materials, including **Lifting** up to 55 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and **Lifting**.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse **Logistics** and inventory management.
- Commitment to **Safety** and proper **PPE** usage.
- Team player with good communication skills.
