We are seeking a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic **Logistics** team in San Diego, California. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Prepare shipments for outgoing **Logistics**, ensuring correct labeling.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and **Safety**-compliant warehouse environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) safely.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
  • Follow all company **Safety** policies and procedures.
  • Wear required **PPE** at all times.
  • Assist with **Lifting** and moving materials, including **Lifting** up to 55 lbs.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and **Lifting**.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse **Logistics** and inventory management.
  • Commitment to **Safety** and proper **PPE** usage.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
