Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders and RF scanner instructions.
- Verify item codes, descriptions, and quantities.
- Stage picked items correctly for packing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE, including safety glasses and gloves.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 40 lbs.
- Capacity to stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with good communication abilities.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
