Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity exists for an Inventory Control Specialist in our Boston, Massachusetts facility. This critical role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory, ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be tasked with conducting cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, implementing inventory control procedures, and working with warehouse management systems. The ideal candidate will have a sharp analytical mind, excellent attention to detail, and a strong understanding of inventory management principles. Safety is paramount in our operations, and adherence to all safety guidelines and the use of appropriate PPE is mandatory. While this role is primarily analytical, some physical tasks may be required, including occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory records.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accuracy.
